A2 Gir Cow Ghee - Bilona Method

Bilona ghee is naturally grainy at room temperature — that texture is a result of the slow-churned process, not a flaw.

Does it need refrigeration?

No. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon.
